General Returns Policy    

  1. Applicable products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories,defective or different from their description on the product detail page on conticare.in. 
       
  1. Return will be processed only if:
  • it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;       
  • the product is not different from what was shipped to you;       
  • the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein)     
            
  1. Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer’s remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.     
     
  1. No additional information is required to return an eligible order unless otherwise noted in the category specific policy.       
     
  1. Products may be eligible for replacement only if conticare has the exact same item in stock.   
        
  1. If the replacement request is placed and the seller does not have the exact same product in stock, a refund would be issued to you.      

  1. Products purchased by international customers are not eligible for returns. However, orders made by international customers are eligible for refunds and customers will have to contact customer service within 5 business days from delivery date or estimated delivery date to claim refunds.       

  1. In the event customers are found to misuse the return policy by excessively returning, or cancelling or not accepting the orders placed, Conticare reserves the right to warn and/or suspend and/or block and/or terminate such customer accounts, as necessary     

Note: If you’ve received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 5 days from the delivery of the product

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@conticare.in and send your item to: 7/149, Nehru Street, Manimedu, 83-Thandalam, Kanchipuram district, Tamil Nadu, India – 600128

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 7/149, Nehru Street, Manimedu, 83-Thandalam, Kanchipuram district, Tamil Nadu, India – 600128

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
